The architectural plan called for 62 acres of land set aside to develop Godrej MSR City. The design features apartment structures, outdoor elements, a clubhouse, points of access and exit, suggestions for next projects. 1961 Vaastu-friendly residences dispersed across 19 acres make up Bangalore's new tower, Godrej MSR City Phase 1. The residences provide two and three bedroom flats with two and three baths each. The Godrej Properties neighbourhood has 20 acres set aside for a green space out of the 62 acres.
