_I keep reading dates exactly for every book which I have read since May 2016, on a day-by-day basis. But, I keep rough reading dates on my bookshelf on a monthly basis for most books which I have finished between April 2009 and April 2016. Besides, I have only partially recorded books which I have read before March 2009.
_Also, I register web novels by converting 500 characters into one page.
